Rafael Sancho Muñoz de Verger

Degree in Law from Universidad San Pablo CEU, Madrid.

Member of the Cádiz Bar Association since 2012.
As director of the judicial department at Martínez-Echevarría Abogados on the Costa del Sol, and after more than eleven years at that legal firm, he has amassed extensive experience and specialization in civil and commercial litigation, advising top-level development and construction companies. Specialist in succession law, real estate law, and private international law.

Nicolás Molina García

Master’s in Corporate Advisory from Instituto de Empresa (IE).

Degree in Law from Universidad de Granada.
Member of the Málaga Bar Association since 1991.
He has been partner and director of PwC Tax and Legal Services in Eastern Andalusia through the Málaga office. He provides legal advice in the area of family businesses and commercial operations. He is appointed as a court-appointed insolvency administrator for the most substantial and complex bankruptcy estates in Spain.

José Ruiz López

Master’s in Corporate Legal Advisory from Universidad de Málaga.

Degree in Law and Business Administration from Universidad de Jaén.
Member of the Málaga Bar Association since 2014.
He has more than seven years of experience at PwC Tax and Legal Services. He has been involved in insolvency administration for major real estate developers. He provides legal advice in commercial and real estate matters, as well as in asset acquisition operations.

Daniel Carrero Villa

Law degree (Licenciado en Derecho) from the University of Extremadura.

Member of the Cáceres Bar Association since 2001.

He has built his career in both the public sector — as a General Administration Officer and member of the Government Legal Service — and in private practice. He has extensive experience in labour, criminal and administrative litigation, civil liability and medical negligence, as well as in advising professional associations, international franchise companies, and leading national and international insurers. He specialises in real estate law.

Master’s in Financial Management from Escuela de Negocios de Murcia (ENAE).
Degree in Business Administration and Management.
Certified Management Controller CCA Certificate No. 3588.
Registered economist in the Economist Associations of Madrid, Murcia, Málaga, and Valencia, among others.
He has extensive experience in corporate restructuring and refinancing operations, strategic planning, and negotiation, offering solutions in situations of financial difficulty. He also serves as insolvency administrator and auditor.

She is now part of the Gratium Legal team as a Legal Assistant, collaborating in case organization and monitoring, as well as providing support in legal management and coordination.

Associate Lawyer

Gonçalo Angelo

With over 20 years’ experience in international legal consultancy, he advises individuals and investors on their projects, primarily in Spain, France and Portugal, in the fields of property, civil and commercial law.

A French and Portuguese national, he has practised, amongst others, at the bar associations of Paris, Lisbon and, currently, Málaga, enabling him to have a thorough understanding of European legal systems and their local nuances.

With a degree in International Law and a Specialised Master’s in International Project Management (ESCP Business School), he offers a comprehensive approach: legal rigour, strategic vision and personalised support at every stage of your project.

He speaks five languages—French, Spanish, Portuguese, English and Danish—to ensure smooth communication and a thorough understanding of the needs of international clients.
